• What is Delta-8?
  Delta-8 is a rare cannabinoid that is produced by the mature hemp plant. It is commonly derived from the more prevalent cannabinoid CBD through an extraction and purification process. As long as the Delta-9 THC content tests below 0.3% by weight, it is legal under federal law. Delta-8 is known for its positive effects on mood and enjoyment.
• Who can use Delta-8?
  Delta-8 should only be used by adults 18 years of age or older. It cannot be shipped to states that specifically prohibit the retail sale of hemp-derived cannabinoids like CBD. Delta-8 should not be used by adults with health concerns, or that are pregnant or nursing. If you have any health concerns about using cannabinoid products, you just consult your physician or healthcare professional to determine if Delta-8 is right for you.
• Can I vape Vybba Delta-8?
  No, Vybba oral strips are only meant to be held under the tongue to activate, then swallowed for proper dosing and absorption. We do not make, or support, delta-8 vaping or vapeable products.
• What is in Vybba?
  Each Vybba strip contains 8 milligrams of hemp-derived delta-8 THC, and 4 milligrams of CBD. The rest of Vybba’s inactive ingredients in each strip are as follows: Pectin, Hypromellose, Cellulose, Glycerin, Purified Water, Hemp Distillate, Natural Mint Flavors, Sucralose, Cocoa Butter, Hydroxylated Lecithin, Acesulfame Potassium, Sodium Chloride, FD&C Blue 1.

• How much Vybba should I take?
  The recommended usage is 1 strip in any 4-hour time period, with a liquid or food if desired. For some people, the effects of ingestible cannabinoid products can be overwhelming. Experienced users or those looking for a greater effect, may elect to take 2 oral strips. Even customers with a high Delta-8/cannabinoid tolerance should not exceed 3 strips in one 6-hour period.
• Will Delta-8 make me “high” like Delta-9 THC or recreational cannabis?
  No, not exactly. The effects of Delta-8 can be similar to Delta-9 THC, but are typically more subtle and less overwhelming. Delta-8 THC binds more loosely to cannabinoid receptors in the body, resulting in a more relaxed, more focused “buzz”. Delta-8 affects different people differently, and you should never take more than one strip until you know what your tolerance is and how Delta-8 interacts with your unique body chemistry. You should not drive or operate any machinery while using Delta-8.
• How Long Will the Effects of Delta-8 Last?
  The onset of taking Delta-8 strips under the tongue orally usually will not kick in for 15-30 minutes. The effects typically last 2-3 hours, but some users report longer-lasting effects that taper off after 4-5 hours. You should not add to your dosage until you know how strongly Delta-8 affects you.
• What are Delta-8 carts, and do you sell them?
  Carts is short for cartridges, which are containers of vapeable liquid. We do sell any smoking or vaping products.
• Is Vybba legal?
  Yes, with the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, we can ship Vybba to customers in every state that doesn't have laws against hemp-derived cannabinoids. Vybba is 100% compliant with all federal laws. See the Legality page for more info.
• Can I Use Vybba If I Am Subject to Drug Testing?
  If you are subject to employer drug-testing, you should not use Vybba, or any Delta-8 product. Most drug tests look for metabolites of Delta-9-THC in the body, and using Delta-8 is likely to result in very similar metabolites, which may cause a positive result with most commercial drug testing kits.
• Can I drive after using Delta-8?
  You should avoid driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of taking Vybba.
• I have a specific health condition, Can I take Vybba?
  Cannabinoids can affect different people in very different ways, and you should not use Vybba if you have any health concerns or sensitivity to cannabinoids. Vybba is only recommended for healthy adults seeking a more natural relaxation experience. You should consult with a healthcare professional regarding any health concerns you have before taking any Delta-8 product.
• Do you test your products for quality and safety?
  Yes!! We pride ourselves in having the highest standards for quality, purity and potency. Vybba is third-party lab tested for: Cannabinoid Profiling (to prove that there's enough Delta 8 in there... but not Delta-9), Pesticide Testing (to prove that our product is organically grown), Microbiological Screening (to make sure there's no gross bacteria like E.coli), and Residual Solvent Testing (to prove that we don't use cheap or dangerous solvents to extract our product from hemp). • Can you ship Vybba to my state or address?
  While Delta-8 is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, some states have more stringent rules regarding cannabinoids and hemp-derived products. We do not ship to any state that prohibits cannabinoid products, even hemp-derived ones, or that has laws that are unclear about Delta-8 or legal industrial hemp. For that reason, we do not ship Vybba orders to Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Texas, Vermont, or Utah.
